Huge Turnout for the Trick or Treat Halloween Event at Crystal Lake Plaza

If you were wondering where everyone in Crystal Lake was last Saturday, a fair number of them were clearly at the Crystal Lake Plaza’s annual Halloween Family Event. And with near-perfect weather, who could blame them? Once again, the Plaza and businesses there pulled out all the stops to serve up not just a day of trick-or-treating, but fun of all kinds for everyone.

Crystal Lake Plaza is home to many smaller, local businesses that all come together each year to put on one of the largest trick-or-treating events in the area.

But more than just trick-or-treating, there are often other fun activities as well. This year there again were popular things like face painting stands and spray-on tattoos, but also a kid’s craft area, petting zoo, and even a magic show.

Once again, Star 105.5 was on hand to spin some tunes and hand out pumpkins.

President and Founder of Identity Developments, LLC, the parent company of the McHenry Life website. My hope for McHenry Life is to create a resource and destination for the residents and businesses of McHenry County alike. A place where residents can discover new places to explore, fun events and ways to spend time, and then share those experiences with others. A place where businesses can connect with existing and potential customers, and not simply market their businesses, but share their own unique stories.
