Welcome to the Village of Union, Illinois.
Union started out as a station on the Galena & Chicago Union Railroad.
The Village of Union was incorporated in 1897.
Even though it is one of the smaller villages within the county, it holds a very important title as the home of the McHenry County Historical Society.
