Clasen’s Tavern, is a quintessential tavern that has been in existence since 1900 and has successfully prevailed in the small town of Union, Illinois for the last 117 years- Even through the Prohibition of alcohol in the 1920’s.

From our quarter, half and full one pound burgers, that are always made from fresh ground beef, never frozen and cooked to perfection to our Asian Style Mixed Spring Salad with Mandarins, Butter Toasted Almonds and fresh garden vegetables of the season. And our varieties of Beers, Wines, and Martinis, you always have a choice.
