We are excited to have Tracy with Nurture Yoga and Massage in Richmond host our last yogapaca of 2023.
Tracy is a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor trained through the (2009) Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center and member of Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT-500.
This class is an Adult-ish Yoga class! Participants ages 13/14 and up are welcome to join, if accompanied by a family member or friend.
Space is limited. be sure to register now! Parking in our driveways and parallel parking on grass is ok.
