What began as hands-on work with PCs, upgrades, troubleshooting, storage, Windows, and networking grew into a dedicated local business in Huntley. After building out a proper workspace, repair equipment, diagnostic tools, and an appointment-based setup, Detail Freak was created to give customers a place they can bring their computer and get clear help without unnecessary confusion or pressure.
Whether a PC is running slow, won’t boot, needs an upgrade, is having Windows problems, or simply needs to be set up properly, the goal is the same: diagnose the problem carefully, explain what’s going on, and help the customer make the right decision.
