Alyssa believes that everyone has the ability and power to live their best life. She knows the journey of weight loss firsthand and has been through the struggles and triumphs of living a life of health and wellness. 7 years ago, at 5’1’’ and 172 pounds, her journey into fitness started when she felt as though she was living her life “wrapped in a blanket”. This experience has put her in a unique position to understand how challenging and rewarding it can be to develop healthy habits and adapt a regular fitness routine. She takes immense joy in giving her clients the encouragement and tools they need to become the healthiest and best versions of themselves. When she is not training the clients she loves, or working out herself, she loves spending time with family and friends and her two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Oliver, and Penny.
