Trunk-Or-Treat Open House with McHenry County Sheriff’s Office

The weather was perfect for the annual Trunk-or-Treat Open House with the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office. This event not only provides a wonderful community outreach, but also a one-of-a-kind trick-or-treating experience for attendees.

Come along as we take you trunk-or-treating with the sheriffs, both outside and in!

The Sheriff’s office brought out vehicles, both everyday cruisers and some more unique, and hopefully rarely needed equipment.

In addition to trick-or-treating inside the Sheriff’s Office, attendees also had a unique opportunity to tour a section of the jail.

Turns out, the jail even had an inmate present, but he exercised his right to remain silent.

Address: 2200 N Seminary Ave, Woodstock, IL 60098

While this year’s event has come and gone, remember to check our annual Trunk-or-Treat Guide again next year to attend this fun event.

President and Founder of Identity Developments, LLC, the parent company of the McHenry Life website. My hope for McHenry Life is to create a resource and destination for the residents and businesses of McHenry County alike. A place where residents can discover new places to explore, fun events and ways to spend time, and then share those experiences with others. A place where businesses can connect with existing and potential customers, and not simply market their businesses, but share their own unique stories.
