One of the great pleasures of this time of year is seeing all the lights and decorations in downtown Crystal Lake. Walking past store windows that have been decorated and lampposts strung with garland and lights almost transports you to a different point in time. As an extra special bonus, it was Sip-n-Shop, so the street corners were also lined with mason jar luminarias.
In addition to just being downtown during this time of year, there are two extra specials events put on by the Downtown Crystal Lake organization.
Santa House Visits
Grab your camera and the kids for a visit with Santa.

Christmas Tree Lane
See 40 Christmas trees around Depot Park, decorated by local organizations and businesses.
