33rd Annual Autumn Drive Festival (2021)

Along with the temps dropping and the leaves changing…and also dropping, another sure sign of Fall in McHenry County is the annual Autumn Drive Festival. It presents a chance to hit the country roads, take in some fresh air, see the changing leaves, and peruse table after table of antiques, hand-crafted jewelry, fall and holiday decor, fabric crafts, and so much more.

While 2021 might have been scaled back, there was definitely a buzz in the air. After the 2020 festival was canceled, there was certainly a thirst for its return this year, making it the 33rd Annual Autumn Drive.

While torrential rains or a blizzard probably wouldn’t have kept people away, fortunately, that wasn’t tested as the weather was perhaps, some of the most superb Autumn Drive weather ever.

If you didn’t have the pleasure of being an Autumn Driver this year, we have just a glimpse from this year, to hopefully tide you over until 2022!

President and Founder of Identity Developments, LLC, the parent company of the McHenry Life website. My hope for McHenry Life is to create a resource and destination for the residents and businesses of McHenry County alike. A place where residents can discover new places to explore, fun events and ways to spend time, and then share those experiences with others. A place where businesses can connect with existing and potential customers, and not simply market their businesses, but share their own unique stories.
