The McHenry County Conservation District hosts a variety of nature-focused summer camps at the Prairieview Education Center in Crystal Lake, designed to connect youth with the outdoors.
Younger children in the Young Explorers program (ages 6–7) enjoy half-day sessions filled with hikes and animal habitat discovery.
