Mat to Miles is a Runner’s Yoga Webinar designed to help marathoners optimize performance and reduce injury risk through targeted warm-ups and restorative recovery flows. Physical Therapist, Denise Smith, will be joining Kelley Edwards, owner of Be Moved Yoga & Wellness in Crystal Lake, as they discuss how to blend mobility, stability, and breathwork to prepare your body (and mind!) for long runs and support a faster recovery after training.
The first half of the webinar will be an interview/discussion with Kelley, and the 2nd half of the webinar will be interactive with a warmup and recovery routine.
