Keep your middle school or high school runner motivated and running with our winter running club! Come prepared to run in the chilly temps and then dive into strength training and technique work. The club will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-5pm for 6 weeks. The meeting dates are as follows:
1/15/25 , 1/22/25, 1/29/25, 2/5/25 , 2/12/25, 2/19/25
