Join the Historic Preservation Commission and the Crystal Lake Historical Society for the Annual Heritage Trolley Tour. Starting at the historic Colonel Palmer House, this year’s theme, “Homes of Our Civil War Veterans,” explores local residences and the heroic stories of those who lived there.
Your ticket includes a 45-minute trolley tour, a commemorative booklet, and an interior look at the Palmer House, featuring food trucks and live music. All proceeds support the preservation of Crystal Lake’s landmarks. Owners of landmarked homes may also qualify for exterior improvement grants.
