Join us on June 4th at 6pm for our Global Running Day celebration! Smith Physical Therapy + Running Academy is joining forces with The Running Depot for Global Running day at The Quarry Cable Park. We invite you to come run, walk, or run/walk with us around Three Oaks Recreation Area. We will meet at the pavilion at Three Oaks and follow a 2 mile route. You are welcome to run or walk and do as many loops as you wish! We will have water setup at the same pavilion where we start and finish.
Afterwards, please join us in attending the first ever Wellness Fest at The Quarry Cable Park! Local businesses from McHenry County will have booths set up to help educate the public on their products and services.
