Our Chair Strong class is the perfect way to introduce movement and working out into your life safely. If you are someone who has a balance impairment or feel more comfortable starting your workout journey in a chair, this class is for you. The class can improve flexibility, strength, mood, sleep habits and balance. Meanwhile, it can decrease your risk of falling and overall pain in the body. Join us and start working out with confidence again!
The class starts Tuesday, May 6th from 1-2pm and runs for 6 weeks.
