Age Strong is a 6 week class that runs January 9th through February 13th, 2025. This class focuses on basic strength building for those that may struggle to do daily activities (i.e, emptying the dishwasher, carrying laundry upstairs, unloading the car of your groceries, etc.). The class creates functional strength for day to day life.
The class meets once a week on Thursdays, from 1-2pm for 6 weeks.
